Well hello all…I figured since I am being a stay at home Mom I should really step up the keeping the friends and family informed thing. So Here we go.
We celebrated Memorial Day this year at the Gilroy Parade and anxiously awaited seeing Poppa Rich on his antique high wheeler bike…Megan was very excited about the air planes as well as horses. We finished off the day with ribs and potato salad at our house.

This weekend we did some fun cheap family things. We did a “nature walk” with Megan on Saturday at Mt. Madonna Park and got some beautiful pictures and some nice exercise. We would like to spend more time up there, tons of trails both easy and kid friendly as well as the tough ones that parents could attempt. Megan started to get sick that evening so we had a mellow night and went to bed early! My idea of a great Saturday night.

Yesterday we went to see Pixar’s new movie Up, we all liked it quite a bit and Megan has been quoting the dog Dug all morning. I assume that means two thumbs up on her part.
